Install On Permissions – At Last?

I love Check Point technology, but this is one way NOT to implement permissions. I’ve been exploring the hitherlands in the Gateway properties Advanced/Other menus. Geez louise they bury some really cool functions.

I’ve been looking for this one for years. This puts access controls over who can install policy! And its buried under the cluster->Other menu. Ugh. This should be in MDM or Manage Users or something like that.

Hmmmm. problem. On MDM systems, I’m not seeing this. Must be because MDM permissions are used per user. This feature must only be on standalone SmartManagementServers. Searcing…..
